What is DISC?
It is a language manifested through our behavior, that is, it is not "why" we do something, but rather "how" we do it.
It manifests itself in our actions, reactions and emotions, in the communication established in different situations and environments.
It is a behavioral language that can be observed by others, so it helps us to know ourselves better and understand what others perceive about us.
What is NOT DISC?
- An instrument to measure intelligence/abilities
- A tool to measure a person's values
- A tool to measure skills/experience
- A tool to measure education
- An analysis of personality
- A therapy
DISC behavioral diagnosis (4 Predictable Factors of Behavior)
- Decision (how we respond to challenges)
- Influence (how we interact with and influence others)
- Serenity (how we respond to the pace of things and changes)
- Compliance (how we respond to established rules)
Support and conclusions of the evaluation
- Answering a questionnaire
- A person's behavioral profile is the combination of the 4 factors - mentioned above - in different intensities (this intensity is measured in a percentage value for each factor, giving rise to millions of possible combinations of profiles in the combination of different percentages in each of the 4 factors)
- There are no profiles better than others
- We all have potential for success in different areas
- We all have areas for improvement
- The assessment represents the moment and life context in which the person finds themselves when responding to the questionnaire, and may have different results in any future, as a result of the behavioral development that the person decides to undertake as a result of the awareness that the assessment provides.
